Personal Statement
Hello Coaches! My name is Ella Briggs, and I live in Salisbury, Maryland, and attend James M. Bennett High School (Class of 2024). I have been playing soccer my whole life, and I wouldn’t know what to do without it. My main positions on the pitch are forward and midfield, but I can play anywhere if needed (I have experience at center back as well when I played for Maryland’s ODP team). Soccer has helped shape me as a person, and I will do anything to help my team. Playing on the Maryland State team has taught me to be a flexible/adaptable player and showed me I can read the field in any position. Playing college soccer has always been my goal, and I would love to play at a high level with my hard work and dedication to the game.
