Elise Kurtis

I am a three sport varsity student athlete and am passionate about team sports and academics. I have been a varsity lacrosse defender for Moses Brown, winner of 7 of the last 8 state championships, since my first year and a sophomore starter, leading the team in ground balls that year. I was elected junior captain for the 2024 season. I play for Mass Elite and was chosen to represent MA for American Select in 2023 and the top team for USA lacrosse national tournament 2024. My high lacrosse IQ and aggressive style of play allow me to anticipate the offense and cause multiple turnovers. My role as starting varsity soccer goalie has also strengthened my reflexes. My work ethic on and off the field have allowed me to balance three varsity sports and a rigorous course load with a GPA of 4.4.
