Personal Statement
My name is Destinee, but everyone calls me Dessy. I am confident that I will be a great asset to any school I attend. I love taking on a leadership role and bringing high-level intensity and great passion on to my team. Individually, I am currently ranked in the top 134 in Indiana for kills, 37th in Class 4A in hitting, #1 in the Metropolitan area of Indiana for Kills, and #3 in digs in the same area. I’m proud to share that I received the MIC Player of the Year award, MVP from Ben Davis High School and was also recognized as an Honorable Mention for my county. I play three positions: Middle, Outside, and Defensive Specialist. Currently, I’m on the Varsity Roster at Ben Davis High School, primarily as an Outside Hitter but also contributing as a DS and Middle when needed.
