Personal Statement
I started playing basketball in Grade 4 but only began taking it seriously in Grade 6. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d have the opportunity to represent my country. I’m grateful to have made the final roster for the Philippine U16 National Team and to have competed in the FIBA Asian Championship, where we earned a promotion to Division A. Though I may be small, I excel at creating opportunities for my teammates. My strong court vision and high basketball IQ allow me to facilitate the game effectively. I’m also a tenacious defender, capable of guarding taller opponents.
