Personal Statement
I am Delilah Burns, in the International Baccalaureate Organization at Robinson High School in Tampa, Florida. As a goalkeeper, I've learned to communicate and lead on the field. Being a military kid taught me to adapt and read the game better. My dream is to continue playing past my club soccer years. My strengths are my coachability, grit, drive strength, and leadership. I am good with my feet. I am not scared to come out for 1v1s. I have little downtime playing on ECNL, the Dominican Republic National Team, high school varsity Soccer, and attending ID/Showcases. However, during the off-season, I continue to work just as hard. I am a hard-working student with a high GPA. I hope to attend a college that can help me reach my full potential on the pitch and in the classroom.
