Personal Statement
Hello, my name is David Schultz, and I play baseball for the Harrison Warriors and Southern Indiana Spikes. I am a 5’11”, 155-pound athlete in the class of 2021. I am one year young for my grade at 16 years old. I have a 4.08 GPA. I pitch and play infield, and am devoted to taking my game to the next level. I traditionally hit for average, but have been working to increase my power. My fastball is around 80-85 miles per hour, and I hope to be at 90 by my senior year. I am agile, and can cover much ground while in the field. I am increasing my strength and working out often. I pride myself on my ability to outwork anyone- in addition, I have never missed a game due to injury in my 10 years of baseball. I live outside of Evansville, Indiana with my parents and four siblings.
