David Neylon

I first started playing volleyball in 8th grade when I fell in love with the sport and decided to join club for the first time. I began club volleyball on the 2s team where I was moved to 1s team halfway through the season. The very next year I began my freshman year and earned my starting spot on varsity, to which we ended up qualifying for state finals in Illinois. I have continued playing on the 1s team for Ultimate Volleyball Club and am looking forward to improving my skills. Volleyball has taught me a lot more than just how to play, it has taught me a lot about teamwork, confidence, and how to be a stronger person. I hope to be able to compete at a collegiate level and continue to not only improve myself, but my current and future teammates as well, whether it's on or off the court.
