Personal Statement
I am a hard working pitcher who loves the game of softball. Of course striking opponents out feels amazing, but I also love cheering my teammates on and celebrating their successes. I strive to be the loudest player in my dugout, leading my teammates in cheers!! My dream is to continue playing beyond high school. My high school softball team won our first ever Sectional Championship this year and I was clocked at 63 mph during our Super Sectional game on May 27th in Moline, IL. This winter, I will be working to continue to develop my pitches and adding velocity. I recently clocked fastballs at 64 mph at the beginning of December. I try to push myself to get better with every pitch so that if you have faced me before, I will not look the same the next time I face you!!!
