Courtney Futrick

Courtney Futrick is a hard working and gritty defense player. Her work ethic and commitment to her team is exceptional and she is always willing to put in the extra work to make herself and her teammates better on and off the field. She is attentive and responsive to any and all ideas presented to her by her coaches and actively seeks out extra help to improve upon areas she may currently be weak in. With that said, she uses her athleticism to correctly cover our attacking players in both a man and zone defensive scheme. She sees both ball and girl on the field and she is a vocal leader communicating with teammates so that the defense can run as smoothly as possible.
