Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Cora Knoop. I am a 2025 graduate from Des Moines Iowa and currently attend Marshalltown Community College. I am a softball player but most importantly, a student. I always put my academics first and still balance my time to include extra work on my softball skills. I got my first varsity softball letter as an 8th grader and also made first team all-conference that same year. My main position is catcher and secondary is first base. I have been playing softball for 13 years and catching for 11 years. Softball has always been my number one sport, on top of volleyball and track. I am looking to transfer to a four-year college and major in elementary education, with a minor in special education, and to also play softball.
