Personal Statement
My name is Colin Otten. I currently attend Concordia Lutheran High School and am finishing my sophomore year. I play for Rise Soccer Club where I am the starting center back for the 04 ECNL team. Even though I enjoy playing a variety of sports, soccer has always been the one sport that I love and am most driven to compete and practice. Although soccer is important to me, my studies are extremely important as well. This combination is what would make me an ideal student athlete at the college level. My favorite subjects are science, history, and english. Currently, I am interested in the biological sciences as a potential field of study. I work extremely hard in the classroom and on the pitch. I enjoy volunteering in my spare time and work well with others.
