Personal Statement
My name is Cole Lyons, I am from New York. I’m an avid soccer player and long time Arsenal fan. My passion for soccer comes from my parents. I’m a left footed midfielder with my two strongest positions being the number 6 and 10. However I am very versatile and also have played left back, Left midfield, and Left center back. In addition I have also run cross country which has improved my stamina and speed positively impacting my ability to have a high work rate on the field. I have a high soccer I.Q. and an understanding of different tactics formations and systems. I have been a captain for two years in a row for my SUSA EDP team. My coach has consulted with me for team selection, tactics, and systems. I look forward to taking my game to the next level.
