Personal Statement
I began facing off during my 8th grade year and quickly became the starter. During my freshman year, I beat out the two other face off guys to also claim the starting spot. I had a .528% winning percentage for my freshman year while going against 3 nationally ranked juniors and seniors. Also notched 6 goals for my first season. My sophomore year was cut short due to COVID-19. However, I was able to get a .671% winning percentage (47 out of 70) in four games. After the season ended, I noticed I wasn't getting the education I needed at Ashley. However, after some time and thought, I have made the decision to transfer to a private school named Cape Fear Academy. With my junior season on the rise, I just can't wait to get back the opportunity to play once again.
