Personal Statement
“Work hard, stay humble” these words encapsulate my values and actions. As a player, I pay close attention to details, taking pride in the little things. I pick my teammates up, take extra bags, do my job, and communicate. I take initiative to work with my coaches as I value feedback. I devote much of my time off the field, to practices in the batting cage and performing skill/recovery drills. I apply the focus and determination I developed for baseball in academics and extracurriculars.I am a member of honor societies, Habitat for Humanity, DECA and launched my own business. I am a good fit for a program that is team-oriented, competitive, and respectful. I am ready to learn from my future coaches and teammates and excited to share my own acumen, skills, and love of the game. Thank you.
