Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Clara Cherry. I am currently a junior attending Saline High School. I played Varsity softball as a freshman and earned All-District and All-Conference. Other than Varsity softball, I play volleyball and basketball for the school. I am maintaining a steady 3.9 GPA. When I graduate, I plan to pursue a degree in the medical field or in science. My travel team is Finesse Henegar 18u. I play outfield and first base. I'm a left-handed hitter and I throw with my right. I hope to achieve my goal of playing softball at a collegiate level. It has been a goal of mine since I first picked up a softball. I am a person who always has a positive mindset and looks to the bright side of things. No matter what, I am grateful for the opportunity to play the wonderful sport I love.
