Personal Statement
My name is Ciara Matthews and I have loved the game of softball since I was old enough to play. I love playing this sport, I love the comradery with the team, and my goal and dream is to play at the next level to continue my journey. I have played every single position on the softball field. The last two seasons of highschool I had to pitch for my school team, even though I had never pitched before. I grew up as a catcher and now found that I really shine in the outfield. I can play the corners very well also, I am a true utility player with a solid bat. I’m looking to transfer to a solid program that wants to win after my 2 years at Weatherford College
