Personal Statement
I am Chloe Thompson ... given the nickname 'Chlo-Jo' after track & field star, Flo-Jo because of my speed & long hair. I was born in NC, lived in Chicago and now reside in the DC Suburbs. After winning state titles & ranking high nationally in track & field, I fell in love with soccer. My primary position is Outside Back/Wingback, but my speed, athleticism, & tactical IQ allows me to play Centreback as well. WHY ME? - Tactical, Strong 1v1 Defender - Elite Speed & Fitness - High Work Rate - Team Player My father was a D1 football and track & field athlete at NC State and my aunt was an All-American, state record holder in track & field at LSU & UNC. I understand what it takes to excel at the next level. I COMPETE & lead by example.
