Personal Statement
I am a 2 year varsity letter winner in volleyball and 3 year varsity winner in basketball. I have played club volleyball for 5 years, but have played for 8. I currently play for VCNebraska 17 Black. Being a starter for both sports, I have formed many leadership skills and built a lot of character. I love to laugh and have fun with my teammates, but I also know when it is time to focus and get work done. Outside of sports I work at the YMCA in the youth development department, am apart of my school leadership and equity cadres, as well as my school district’s equity and inclusion group. I spend the rest of my free time at home with my little sister and mom.
