Personal Statement
Hi! My name is Carys Kerr and I am an outside hitter for Triangle VBC. I also play on the Apex High School Varsity volleyball team. I am 6'0 and weigh 150 pounds. I have been playing volleyball since I was 10 and to this day am so glad my mom made me pick up a volleyball. I love contributing in school activities and clubs. My friends and family (including pets) mean so incredibly much to me. On the court I think the most important trait to have as an athlete is being a good teammate. To me this means constantly cheering the team on no matter on the court or the bench, this as well means supporting your teammates and reminding them volleyball is supposed to be fun. Being a great teammate is all about making your team and your teammates your first priority.
