Personal Statement
I am Carter Zelnis, 16 years old & entering into my Junior year at St. Dominic High School. I began volleyball at age 10 for HPSTL. I am an athlete that loves to bring the energy, fun & motivation to the court to help my team succeed. Both my parents played college volleyball & my brother is going to play D1 volleyball next year, so you could say the love of the game runs in the family! I love volleyball, but I am much more than an athlete. First, I am a Christian that loves the Lord & serving others. I have a passion for charity work & helping others. I LOVE music! I play the drums, guitar, keyboard & create beats! Outside of that I like to hang out with my family, friends & youth group! Overall, I am just a happy go-lucky guy that works hard on & off the court & loves life!
