Personal Statement
Hi My Name is Carter Frost, I have been playing lacrosse since about the age of 6. Throughout my life I have put in a lot of hard work into lacrosse, academics, and hockey. I play for Evolve Elite 2025, Peterborough Jr A Lakers, And Hill Academy Prep. A couple accomplishments I have reached throughout my years include: Inside lacrosse all star, inside lacrosse all tournament team, Getting Drafted to the OHL for hockey and 3 leadership awards from my time playing hockey, and lacrosse at The Hill Academy from year 6 to year 12. In my opinion, I am an extremely athletic and physical defender that can lock down any attackmen or midfielder at any spot on the field with a short stick or long pole. I also pride myself in being able to pickup any ground ball and lead the transition.
