Caroline Rodriguez

I have played on a competitive club volleyball team since I was 10 years old. Watching my older sister, Hattie, play for years has helped me learn the game better and have a high volleyball IQ. I was captain for two years on my middle school team and now I am captain on my club team and my varsity high school team. My leadership skills are important and I continue to strive to be a good leader for my team through communication, team friendships, being positive, and motivating my teammates on and off the court. As an effective OH, I also work hard to be a great defensive player so I am effective as a 6-rotation player. Playing lots of sand volleyball has also helped me in this area. I love volleyball and all the friendships and fun times I have with my teammates.
