Personal Statement
My name is Caroline Bjergstad and I am a 2005 goalie from Denmark (Dual US citizen). I am currently seeking a new challenge in the United States, hoping to broaden my horizons in pursuit of excellence. I am currently playing for Malmö Redhawks in the Swedish Allsvenskan division. I have represented Denmark twice at the IIHF U18 Women's Worlds, and last year I represented Denmark at the IIHF Women's DIV 1A Worlds in China, where we won promotion to the top division. I am eagerly anticipating my participation in the upcoming IIHF Women’s Worlds in Utica this April. As a goalie, I pride myself on my speed, composure, and proficiency in handling pucks. I am highly motivated and dedicated to continually practicing my skills.
