Personal Statement
Hello, I’m Carleigh Schlise, a dedicated softball player with a strong work ethic. As a lefty slap hitter, I excel in bunting, slapping, and utilizing my speed, with a home-to-1st time of 2.9. The past seasons, I led my team in stolen bases. I’m a versatile player, strong at 2nd base with excellent footwork/agility, and effective in the outfield. My freshman high school stats were: .433 AVG, .541 OBP. I’m proud to play for the Southern Force organization, with elite coaching & top competition. My goal is to play college softball while pursuing an education degree to become a Special Education Teacher. I’m passionate about inclusion and belong to the Best Buddies organization.
