Personal Statement
I grew up playing soccer and now I am loving field hockey. In high school I joined the field hockey team as their goalie and I haven't looked back. I am hungry to learn every day I step into the cage. I am fast and my speed allows me a quick reaction time and agility. My defensive soccer skills have transferred to the field hockey field as well. I love this new sport and I look forward to more! In the classroom I excel in math and engineering. I am in the Project Lead the Way at Severna Park High School which has exceled my excitement for engineering. I am also the Pres. of the Young Doctors of America Club. All of these opportunities will help me to succeed in college. I want to attend a college that will allow me to excel on the field as well as challenge me in the classroom.
