Personal Statement
Hello, I am Cambria Gibbs and am a Sophomore, at Palmer Ridge High School. I have always loved playing softball from a young age but never played on any teams till middle school.Our first year in middle school we won at our district tournament, and the following year we got second. These past two years in high school, I have made varsity and have played both years in the outfield. Sadly, both of my seasons have been cut short due to injury. My freshman year I tore my rotator cuff on my right shoulder, and this year I tore my UCL in my left arm. While being unable to play, I have started my road to recovery. Although it may be very slow paced, I still love the sport. I am looking forward to playing in college, and I can't wait to be at my full effort and my best.
