Cambree Cribbs

I once saw an interview with Crimson Tide Coach Patrick Murphy who said, "There is always room in this game for a fast kid." Since then, I have embraced my speed as an unteachable talent. I enjoy creating chaos on the basepath and taking advantage of the smallest of hesitations or mental lapses. As a slapper, I use this speed to generate errors with the short game and drive up my OBP. Speed paired with my natural athleticism allows me to be a swift and agile defender in both the outfield and middle infield. I hope to grow these talents at the collegiate level while studying sports medicine so that I can one day help young athletes learn to care for and maintain their bodies so that they can enjoy many years in the sports they love just as I have.
