Hi! My name is Cali Simmons, and I am a RS on both my school and club teams. I have six years’ experience in playing volleyball and four years of captain experience on both club and school teams. The leadership abilities I have developed through my captain role, led me to understand my strengths of being dedicated, passionate, and prideful which I apply to leadership positions within my school. On the court, it aids me in my mental discipline, initiative to speak up, and pressure composure skills. As a player, I implement these skills when communicating, by bringing a positive outlook to situations, bringing up my teammates, and not shying away from feedback.
