Personal Statement
Over the past two school years, I've gone from playing organized volleyball for the very first time to competing seriously at the open level. It's been crazy! I think I've been doing well because I'm athletic and I like coaching and competition that make me better. But I still have so much more that I want to learn about the game, and I'm excited to learn it while competing against the best. I want to see how far I can go, especially because I believe volleyball can be a tool that can help me reach my academic and professional goals. Besides, volleyball, I love singing and dancing with my school's competitive show choir, and I love my shelter dog, Harley.
