Personal Statement
My name is Brooklyn Smith and I am a Goalkeeper. I live in Denver and play for the Rapids ECNL, Colorado Select ODP and Northfield HS teams, class of 2026. I have also had the privilege to play for the ODP National Team and the U15 / U16 USWYNT. As a Goalkeeper and Captain, I believe that leadership is an essential part of my position. I strive to be loud with my words, but louder with my actions. I want my competitiveness and work ethic to inspire others around me. Beyond soccer, I am committed to my academics and understand that this is a critical part of playing soccer at an elite level. I currently have a 4.2 GPA. I also believe in giving back to community and my sport, and volunteer coach a U8 youth boys team through the Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer.
