Personal Statement
Hello, My name is Brooke Gillen a 2027 RHP. I have thrown 59/60 MPH and I look to increase that speed another 2-3 mph this year. I am a leader, I love to compete, but more importantly, I am a teammate, always team first. I always strive to uplift my teammates through hard work and positivity. I also play SS, 3rd, and 2nd, but I can and I am willing to play any position on your team. I was in competition for best sophomore softball player in New Jersey. My batting average in the SEC new jersey Conference (where the majority of pitchers are D1 commits) fluctuated between 442 and 588. I finished the season with 38 hits with 29 extra bases hits and 2 HRs from the 1 spot. I love animals and and am considering pursuing a law degree.
