Personal Statement
I started playing volleyball when I was 10 and am currently the starting setter on my club team. Freshman year I was awarded Co-MVP, and as a sophomore, I received second team all district for 24-5A and an Academic All District Award. In addition to playing back row, I am comfortable both setting and hitting in the front row. Also, I made my school's varsity track team as a freshman. This year I am taking dual credit and AP classes. I am a PSAT/NMSQT Academy Scholar in my district. I received a Special Merit Award on my rodeo art for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo this year and was invited to attend the Western Art Academy.
