Personal Statement
My name is Brielle Schumeyer and I have been playing softball since I was around 7 years old. I have tried many sports but from a very young age I knew that softball is a sport I want to play for a long time. I started playing club softball when I was 10 years old and loved it. I am now a sophomore in High School and have been playing on Varity since Freshman year as a starting short stop and East Coast Tsunami since 12u. I joined Tsunami as a 3rd baseman but since then I have moved around a lot and ended up as a 2nd baseman. In my 8 years of playing softball I have learned so much and became comfortable playing any infield or outfield position. I would love to continue playing softball throughout my college years.
