Personal Statement
My name is Brianna Concepcion, and I play for the STA 2008 GA team. I attend Elizabeth High School in Elizabeth, NJ, where I am captain of the varsity soccer team and maintain a 4.2 GPA while taking all honors and AP courses. As a versatile midfielder, I adapt to any position on the field. I’ve played for STA for nearly four years, growing up competing with boys, which shaped my creativity. Soccer has been my passion since I was four, and I’ve worked tirelessly to improve every day. I was honored to be called up to the U17 Colombia Youth National Team Training Camp, competing against top talent. I plan to continue my academic and soccer career in college. I am dedicated, passionate, and hardworking, always striving to grow as both a player and a person.
