Personal Statement
My name is Braiden Galaida, and I attend St. Paul VI Catholic High School in Chantilly, VA. I am a multiple-sport athlete who plays Varsity Lacrosse and Varsity Ice Hockey in the WCAC, VISSA, and MAPHL. I am a dedicated student-athlete who is goal-oriented, disciplined, positive, and has a strong work ethic. My strengths include being a committed team leader and team player who focuses on strength/conditioning; diet/nutrition; mind body wellness; and a growth mindset approach. I enjoy fishing; spending time with family and friends; practicing my faith; and volunteering in my community. My personal goal is to earn a quality education; compete collegiately; and continue to serve others in my community.
