Personal Statement
My name is Bergen Duarte, I have been working hard at softball for years and look forward to what my future may bring. I realize that softball is a team sport, and takes lots of dedication and hard work. I am looking to work with an amazing coach who will continue to help me grow into an incredible human being and an athlete. I am a dependable player on the field and at bat. I believe my mental toughness is dialed in, I work out, work on my fundamentals, watch plays, and also do muscle recovery/PT to keep me strong. I have great team chemistry; I foster good relationships with teammates and coaches. I lead by example demonstrating good sportsmanship, a work ethic, and a positive attitude. I plan to study Education and hope to be a teacher and coach in the future.
