Personal Statement
I'm Bailey Vaughan, a 3B/1B with a strong bat. My passion for softball started early when I was fortunate enough to be coached by former/current D1 players and professional baseball players. I play basketball, soccer, and softball, but softball has always had my heart. I work hard and set goals for myself. I am proud to say I achieved a goal when I made varsity as a freshman and helped contribute to the team winning the 2024 Maryland State Championship. I look at my team like a family and hope to find a college with the same values. I take practice and training very seriously, but I'm also the first to give a pep talk to a teammate in need or give a high-five after a great play or hit. I love to compete and want to play with others who do as well and want to help each other succeed.
