Personal Statement
A good leader is someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and humbly serves others. 1 Corinthians 12 speaks about the gifts God has given each of us. We all have different roles to play, all of which are extremely important. A team leader should encourage each teammate to be themselves while competing at their highest potential. Being a leader is not a role that should be taken lightly. I will always lead by example. I will provide effort and encouraging words when needed. I will lovingly remind all of my teammates to seek their highest potential. I love this game. I am so excited to play at the next level.
