Personal Statement
I am Avery Barr and I play the 4, 5, 6 & 8 positions for the Wilmington Hammerheads National League ECNL team. I am the 3rd of 4 female soccer players in my family with both of my older sisters either playing or having played in college. I am currently pushing 5'9" and I am a switch foot player that is calm under pressure. I am a National League ECNL starter for the Wilmington Hammerheads and have my sights set on playing in college and I want a great fit both athletically and academically. My ability to head the ball is what sets me apart from many that I play against. I‘m a smart and athletic player and look forward to the recruiting journey. I can’t wait to meet all of the college coaches in the next couple of years.
