Personal Statement
My goal is to play volleyball at a high level. I love the speed and intensity of the competition. I am a good candidate for your team because I am a very hard worker, and I don’t give up when facing adversity. I am very determined to be my best at all times. I know it’s okay to make mistakes because that means you are trying new things and mistakes only make you better. I am different from other recruits because I feel I am very positive and hard working all the time. I have remained this way despite setbacks and challenges that I have faced along the way. I feel these instances have made me stronger physically and mentally all around as they required me to fight through things others haven’t. I also know the importance of a healthy balance of school and sports.
