Ava Valle

Since I started playing field hockey in 5th grade I knew I was in love with the sport. My favorite part of being on a team is the sense of unity and knowing we always have each other's back. I try my best to be a leader on and off the field, especially for those that are younger than me, helping to push others and myself to be the best person and teammate we can be. I also believe that my passion for other sports such as Nordic Skiing, Ballet, and Track, especially long distance, has greatly helped my mental and physical strength. In the future I hope to be apart of a team where we are not only teammates, but also friends off the field. I have looked up to college athletes since I was young and can't wait to see where this journey takes me.
