Personal Statement
My name is Ava Cotton and I'm from Scottsdale, AZ. I currently play indoor volleyball for Arizona Storm Elite & indoor and beach volleyball for Saguaro High School. If I'm not on a court or in the gym, I love to travel with family to California or Hawaii. I love all the complexities of volleyball and have worked really hard to be a multi-threat on the court. Volleyball has given me a lot of confidence and taught me so much about discipline, priorities, commitment and teamwork. A fun fact about me is I am from a very musical family. My grandfather is a multi Grammy nominated Mariachi composer, singer and trumpet player, so I can also hold a tune ;)
