Ava Barker

Soccer isn't just a game; it's part of who I am. The joy of playing is indescribable, and I want to hold onto it for as long as possible. Balancing soccer and studies has been challenging, however, I have been able to maintain a 3.89 GPA despite being a two sport athlete. I am currently the Captain of my high school soccer team and have been a varsity starter since freshman year. I'm a proud Forward on the Cedar Stars Academy Bergen Team. Recently, I was selected to represent Dominican Republic and was a starting forward in the U-17 FIFA World Cup this Fall. My dream is to play college soccer at the Division I level, where I can grow as an athlete and academically. Ultimately, I'd love to play professionally.
