Personal Statement
I am a highly coachable and respectful athlete who works hard to perform at the highest level. This winter I started working with Jill Stephens of Fastpitch Power and revamped my entire pitching mechanics. I have made tremendous changes in a short period of time and Jill believes I will be throwing 70 mph by college! Check out my videos. In my first two years of high school ball I amassed a total of 635 strikeouts. This current season I averaged 2 strikeouts/inning and finished 1st in the state of Illinois and 6th in the nation for strikeouts, all while mastering the changes. I earned First Team All Conference and First Team ICA All State. I just recently turned 16 years of age and I did not start pitching until age 12 so I strongly feel I have much more room for growth in my skill.
