Ashlyn Green

I have been playing for 10 years and have devoted much time and energy to this complex sport. I am a center fielder as I have the agility to cover ground and the ability to adapt to changing plays. My secondary position is a right-handed pitcher with a wide variety of pitches. I command my pitches to not only move left and right but to move up and down while also moving side-to-side. My most effective pitches are my fastball, change-up, and drop curve. In addition, I pride myself on my physical speed (running the bases and in the field) and my mental fortitude in being able to keep up with the strategic speed. Lastly, I also spend a generous amount of time polishing my academics. I have learned to distribute my time to improve my softball technique and enhance my profound knowledge.
