Personal Statement
Hello! I'm Anya. I am a team leader on and off the field. I was voted captain of my undefeated high school JV team and moved to varsity, and got 4th in the state. I was awarded The Offensive Player of the Year for my high school team. The other day my club teammate said, "Anya, you are the ultimate team player." I'm very proud of the positive leadership I bring to my team. I also run cross country and maintain a 3.91 GPA, earning an academic letter two years in a row. I'm in NHS, volunteering in the community. My teacher said I am the most prepared student they work with. I must be prepared to balance my busy life; I've studied piano for 12 years and am in 2 auditioned top choirs at SAHS. I would love to hear if you think my skills could contribute to your team.
