Personal Statement
My name is Anton Carell and I was born 2006 in Sweden. I have played in the best Swedish Soccer Academy IF BP since I was 6 years old. My team always played in the highest league and won many international tournaments such as Gothia Cup (2 x), MIC Tournament and Madrid Football Cup, where we won against Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, Dinamo Zagreb, Paris Saint Germain etc. We were also Swedish Champions for boys 16. The opportunity to combine high level soccer and a strong academic program brought me to the US and I joined the Darlington School and its Soccer Academy in the fall of 2023. My key strengths are my passing game, technique and game understanding. I'm two-footed but my left foot is the strongest. My goal is to combine a high level of soccer and a good academic education.
