Personal Statement
Aloha, my name is ʻAnolani Santos. I was born and raised on the island of Hawaiʻi and am the youngest of three children. I am 16 years old and a junior in high school. I am a 5ʻ9" left-handed setter with Spike and Serve Volleyball Club 17-1 team. Although volleyball is my main passion, I also really enjoy traveling with my family. I am very proud of my academic and volleyball accomplishments but am also proud of being Hawaiian. A fun fact about me, is that I have attended a Hawaiian immersion school since preschool and am fluent in both Hawaiian and English. If I have the opportunity to play on the collegiate level I hope to share my love for my home and culture while pursuing my academic and volleyball goals.
