Personal Statement
My name is Anneliese and I am a junior from Portland, ME. I'm a brave winger willing to take on players 1v1 with my speed and athleticism. I'm not afraid to go in for tackles and challenge a player in the air for a 50/50 ball. I am a strong communicator and leader and have been selected to be a captain of my high school team next fall. Along with Seacoast, I'm a 3-season varsity athlete, running indoor and outdoor track. I made 1st team all conference in indoor and outdoor track and was high jump state champion. In college I want to pursue a degree in the medical field. I have played many competitive sports, including gymnastics where I was a 4-time state champion. The team aspect and the on-field competitive setting of the game have always made soccer my favorite sport.
