Personal Statement
My name is Anna DeClerck and I'm a 5'5'' 2026 midfielder at Honeoye Falls Lima HS in Honeoye Falls, NY. I started playing lacrosse at the age of 5 and began playing club lacrosse in 2018 for the FCA 2026 girls lacrosse program. I am a multi sport athlete, focusing mainly on lacrosse and soccer. I have a 3.80 GPA in high school with a strong focus on the sciences, specifically biology. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering for the youth lacrosse and soccer programs in Honeoye Falls.
